The Quantitative Evaluation Model of the Nuclear Emergency Aviation Radiation Monitoring Capability
In order to better solve the uncertainty in the capability evaluation index of nuclear emergency rescue aviation radiation monitoring team and improve the evaluation accuracy of nuclear emergency aviation radiation monitoring capability, the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method(FCE)were organically combined to establish the nuclear emergency aviation radiation monitoring capability evaluation model, based on the construction of the evaluation index system.According to the emergency preparedness, emergency response, emergency rescue, summary and analysis of the nuclear emergency aviation radiation monitoring team, the model has formed a quantitative evaluation model with the nuclear emergency aviation radiation monitoring capability as the overall objective, with 4 first-level indicators and 16 second-level indicators. The index weight was assigned by the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method(FCE)was used for calculation and ranking,so as to realize the comprehensive evaluation of the nuclear emergency aviation radiation monitoring capability.Through the example verification, the AHP-FCE model has good adaptability and rationality, which can provide reference for the capability evaluation of the aviation radiation monitoring team in nuclear emergency rescue.
