摘要
取消一回路水压试验导致核电厂风险增加,为了补偿取消一回路水压试验导致的风险增加,国家核安全局要求增加对一回路管道焊缝的超声检查.某CPR1000 核电机组准备取消一回路水压试验,需要对一回路管道 24 道环焊缝制定超声检查策略.本文参考风险指引型在役检查的分析方法,对不同检查策略进行了风险评估,为一回路主管道环焊缝超声检查策略的制定提供支持.
Abstract
In order to compensate for the increased risk caused by canceling the primary system hydraulic tests,the National Nuclear Safety Administration requires increasing the ultrasonic inspection of the primary pipeline welds.A CPR1000 nuclear power plant is going to cancel the primary system hydraulic tests,so it is necessary to formulate ultrasonic inspection strategy for 24 welds of the primary pipeline.Referring to the analysis method of the risk-guided in-service inspection,this paper evaluates the risks of different inspection strategies,and provides support for the formulation of primary inspection strategies.
