1E级直流和UPS系统作为核电厂的安全级电源系统,是核电厂安全的重要保障.旁路稳压器凭借其高效节能、调节快速等优点,广泛应用在UPS系统中.由于旁路稳压器在档位投切过程中,补偿变压器不可避免的存在着励磁涌流,为了降低励磁涌流所造成的不良影响,本文提出一种改进型的补偿变压器缓启投切方案,采用DSP软件进行控制,并通过实际试验进行了验证.后续可以为核电厂1E级负荷和部分重要的非 1E级负荷提供可靠的不间断电源,确保核电厂设备的稳定运行.
New Control Strategy and Implementation of the Bypass Voltage Regulator for the Class 1E DC and the UPS System in Nuclear Power Plant
The class 1E DC and UPS system(IDS)is the safety power source system for nuclear power plant,which is an important guarantee for the safety of nuclear power plant.The bypass voltage regulator is widely used in UPS systems with its advantages of high efficiency,energy conservation and fast regulation.Due to the inevitable existence of the inrush current of the compensation transformer during the process of position switching of the bypass voltage regulator,this paper proposes an improved compensation transformers slow the start-up switching scheme,which is controlled by the DSP software to reduce the adverse effects caused by inrush current and verified through actual experiments.In the future,it can provide reliable uninterrupted power supply for class 1E loads and some important non-class 1E loads of nuclear power plant to ensure the stable operation of nuclear power plant equipment.
