Study on the Design Method of Asymmetric Operating Conditions of Sodium-cooled Fast Reactor with Loss of Steam Generator Modules
In this paper, the sodium-cooled fast reactor system analysis code,FR-Sdaso,was used to analyze and calculate the asymmetric operating conditions of a typical sodium-cooled fast reactor after the loss of steam generator module.Based on two flow distribution methods and the steady-state asymmetric model, the characteristic parameters of the operating conditions under different power levels were calculated, including the power distribution of the different loops, and the key temperatures of the main heat transfer system, etc. The advantages and disadvantages of the two flow distribution methods were compared and summarized in terms of the maximum acceptable power level, the symmetry of the loops, and other aspects. The study results can provide a reference for the design method of target operating conditions after the loss of the steam generator module for sodium-cooled fast reactors.
