氢醌催化联氨除氧反应的活化能较低,联氨用量少,在核电厂蒸汽发生器湿保养时可快速除去水中的溶解氧,降低蒸汽发生器合金材料的腐蚀,也能减少联氨对环境的排放.氢醌与氧反应产生的对苯醌具有升华的特性,进入二回路水汽系统会导致浮筒式液位控制器卡涩,因此应降低催化联氨的浓度和机组启动前置换保养水.总体而言,催化联氨用于蒸汽发生器湿保养的效果良好,推荐核电同行使用.
Problems and Discussion on the Application of Catalytic Hydrazine for the Steam Generator Wet Layup
The activation energy of hydroquinone-catalyzed hydrazine deoxidization reaction is lower,the amount of hydrazine used is less,the dissolved oxygen in water can be removed quickly during the wet layup of steam generator,and the corrosion of steam generator alloy material can be reduced,it can also reduce the emission of hydrazine to the environment.Hydroquinone reacts with oxygen to produce p-benzoquinone,which has the sublimation characteristic.Entering the secondary loop water vapor system will cause jamming of the pontoon level controller.Therefore,it is necessary to reduce the concentration of catalytic hydrazine or replace the wet layup water before starting the reactor.In general,catalytic hydrazine for steam generator wet layup effect is good,and it is recommend for peers to use.
