Development and Application of a Calculation Method for the Migration of Corrosion Products in the Secondary Circuit of Sanmen Nuclear Power Plant
As the interface between the primary and secondary circuits, the heat transfer tubes in the steam generator(SG)play a crucial role in the long-term safe and stable operation of the nuclear power unit.During the operation of the unit, corrosion products enter the steam generator directly with the feedwater, which affects the safe and stable operation of the unit.In order to monitor the deposition trend of corrosion products inside the SG and take timely measures, the power plant should continuously track and evaluate the cumulative amount of corrosion products in the steam generator. This article establishes a corrosion product migration calculation process based on the characteristics of corrosion migration. This method is used to calculate the deposition amount of corrosion products in the SG of Unit 1 of Sanmen NPP.Based on the calculation results, the impact of entering the SG is evaluated.Combined with the analysis of the source of corrosion products,a series of methods are adopted to effectively reduce the migration amount of corrosion products, and long-termo ptimization suggestions are proposed to provide guarantee for the long-term stable operation of the unit.
