研究生扩招已成为高校当下建设发展面临的现实状况.在此背景下,高校研究生思想政治教育面临的内外部环境发生显著变化.规模压力、生源学力、方法阻力、队伍乏力对高校研究生思想政治教育的日常事务管理、学生思想引领、职业发展规划、党团班级建设等造成一定挑战,影响其提质增效成果.研究生教育规模的总体扩大有助于思想政治教育现实地位的提升、价值理念的转换、实践载体的扩容、师资队伍的强化等.推动研究生思想政治教育改善环境、面向学生、创新方法、建强队伍是高校应对研究生持续扩招的主动之为.
Abstract
The expansion of postgraduate enrollment has become the reality of the current construction and development of colleges and universities.Under this background,the internal and external environment of ideo-logical and political education for graduate students in colleges and universities has changed significantly.The scale pressure,students'learning ability,method resistance and team weakness pose certain challenges to the daily affairs management,students'ideological guidance,career development planning,party and league class construction of the ideological and political education of graduate students in colleges and universities,and affect their achievements in improving quality and efficiency.However,the overall expansion of the scale of postgradu-ate education is conducive to the promotion of the practical status of ideological and political education,the transformation of values,the expansion of practice carriers,and the strengthening of the teaching staff.Promo-ting the ideological and political education of postgraduate students to improve the environment,face students,innovate methods,and strengthen the team is the initiative of colleges and universities to cope with the continu-ous expansion of graduate enrollment.
