The Logic of the "Three Traps" in Shared Development and the Path to Overcome Them
Shared development is the main way to promote the upgrading of the economic structure and the narrowing of regional and urban-rural development gaps in the context of realizing the common prosperity,as well as the inevitable direction.However,in the process of promoting shared development,there is the risk of falling into multiple traps,such as the middle-income trap,the Kuznets trap and the Mezzogiorno trap.There-fore,we should clarify the logic of these traps and the risk of our country falling into the trap,and on this basis,explore the path to cross these traps.The study found that,in order to overcome these traps in shared develop-ment,it is necessary to focus on a targeted layout to ensure progressive sharing and to cross the middle-income trap;to implement comprehensive and deep reforms to ensure universal sharing and to avoid the Kuznets trap;and to strengthen scientific policymaking to realize regional sharing and to prevent the Mezzogiorno trap.
