摘要
党的十八大以来,习近平总书记围绕调查研究作出了一系列独创性、原创性的重要论述.调查研究是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分,蕴含着人民至上、守正创新、问题导向、实事求是、系统观念的思想方法和工作方法.这些方法论是马克思主义认识论、辩证法和唯物史观的时代体现.深入系统研究习近平关于调查研究的重要论述,把握好其中的方法论,有利于实现科学决策、提高党的执政本领,有利于改进党的作风、营造良好的政治生态,有利于密切党群关系、巩固党的执政地位.
Abstract
Since the 18th CPC National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping has made a series of origi-nal,original and important statements around investigation and research,which are an important part of Xi Jin-ping's thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era,and contain the ideological and working methods of people first,observance of righteousness and innovation,problem orientation,seeking truth from facts,and systematic conception.These methodologies are the contemporary embodiment of Marxist epistemolo-gy,dialectics and materialist conception of history.An in-depth and systematic study of Xi Jinping's important exposition on investigation and research and a good grasp of the methodology therein are conducive to the realiza-tion of scientific decision-making and the enhancement of the Party's ruling ability,the improvement of the Party's style and the creation of a good political ecology,and the close relationship between the Party and the public and the consolidation of the Party's ruling position.
