大学生民族团结的心理特征及其教育实现

大学生民族团结的心理结构主要包括民族团结认知、民族团结情感、民族团结行为三个要素.民族团结认知表现为明确了解民族团结的意义与价值,了解并尊重所交往民族的观念、习俗、历史渊源等文化属性,了解我国的民族政策、法律法规,铸牢中华民族共同体意识;民族团结情感表现为对中华民族怀有深厚情感,在人际关系中保持真诚、友善、信任的态度,建立族际友谊;民族团结行为表现为人际交往中不排斥、不孤立,乐于接纳、友爱互助,理性处理人际矛盾.高校应以文史课程为主要途径,以自主阅读为兴趣导向,以互动交流为情感温床,以社会实践为行为动力,构建知行合一的民族团结进步教育机制.
The Psychological Characteristics Index and Educational Realization College Students' National Unity
The psychological framework of college students in national unity mainly includes three aspects:cognition,emotion andbehavior.The cognition consists of a clear understanding of the significance and value of national unity,an understanding and respect ofthe cultural attributes such as the concepts,customs and histori-cal origins they communicate,and an understanding of China's national policies,laws and regulations for the sake of forging the sense of community for the Chinese nation;The emotion is demonstrated in deep emotion to-wards the Chinese nation,peoplemaintaining a sincere,friendly andtrustworthyattitude in interpersonal relation-ship,and establishingfriendshipamong ethnic groups;The behavior is shown by not excluding and isolating students from other nationalities in interpersonal communication,therefore being willing to accept and participate in the local conditions and customs of other nationalities,being able to lend a helping hand to students from other nationalities when they are in difficulties,and rationally dealing withinterpersonal conflicts.Educationin colleges and universitiesin terms of national unityshould be focused on the establishment of educational mechanism of uni-ty of knowledge and practice by interest-oriented independent reading,interaction-based emotional exchan-ges,action-driven social practice.
