Exploration of Heart to Heart Conversation Model for College Teachers with Diversified Participation and Personalized Guidance
Heart to heart talks are essential qualities and work skills for counselors to carry out in-depth counseling work,but in reality,there are difficulties such as low controllability of work quality and insufficient willingness of students to actively participate.Exploring innovative models of heart to heart talks can help achieve the goals of heart to heart talk education,more accurately and efficiently serve student,and promote collaborative education work.The practical work of constructing theme reservation style conversations in departments,establis-hing a diversified team of teachers givingheart to heart conversation,dividing conversation topics,and highlighting the student's subjectivity.Through practical experience,it has been found that this heart to heart conversation system can serve a larger group of students,combine standardization with customization to carry out work,leverage the personal advantages of teachers and students,and form a virtuous cycle of deep counseling work.
