Research on Regional Synergy of Integration Filing and Review in Northwest China from the Perspective of "the Belt and Road"——Based on the Exploration of Xi'an Municipal People's Congress Filing Review
At present,with the promotion of the construction of the"Belt and Road"Economic Zone and re-quirements of the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China on strengthening and im-proving filing and review work.The standardization,uniformity,and coordination of filing and review work in the northwest region urgently need to be addressed.In reality,there are still problems such as unclear limitations on normative documents,lack of targeted review content,legal gaps in the review power of township people's congresses,and the recognition of the effectiveness of corrected normative documents.To promote the standard-ized,unified and coordinated development of filing and review work in the northwest region,our work should aim to optimize the business environment in the northwest region,and promote the integration of regional legislation,under the guidance of Xi Jinping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era.
