呼伦贝尔地区不同小麦品种种子萌发期抗旱性评价

本文以呼伦贝尔地区主要的10 个小麦品种为研究对象,采用20%PEG-6000 模拟干旱胁迫,检测各品种种子发芽率、胚芽鞘长度、主根长度、侧根长度、初生根数目和贮藏物质转运率6 个指标,用隶属函数法和聚类分析法对不同小麦种植的抗旱性进行综合评价,旨在筛选出萌发期抗旱性较强的品种.
Evaluation of Drought Resistance of Hulunbuir Spring Wheat Varieties under PEG-6000 Stress at Germination Stage
In order to screen out the wheat varieties with strong drought resistance at germination stage,ten wheat varieties in Hulunbuir region were selected as the research samples.20%PEG-6000 wasused to simulate drought stress.Six indexes of seed germination rate,including coleoptile length,main root length,lateral root length,primary root number and storage material transport rate,were monitored.The drought resistance of dif-ferent wheat varieties was comprehensively evaluated by membership function method and cluster analysis meth-od.The results showed that all six characters were significantly affected by stress,variety and their interaction,but the responsesof different varieties to drought stress werevarious.The value of membership function(D value)was consistent with the result of cluster analysis.Therefore,the ten wheat varieties could be divided into three categories.The first category was 10S553 with strong drought resistance;the second category was moderate drought resistance,including Ningmai 37,Longmai 17,Gelaini and Kechun 8;and the third category was weak drought resistance,including Longmai 36,Longmai 35,Longmai 60,Kechun 4 and 10S565.
