摘要
课间操是学校提升学生身体素质的一种重要手段,在增强学生体质,展示学生良好精神面貌方面发挥着重要作用.然而传统课间操已经不能完全满足学生的多样化需求,越来越多的学校将非物质文化引入课间操,创新课间操成为一种新的趋势.本文从课间操多样化的趋势出发,研究这一新的教育现象,解读课间操创新实践的特点及其多样功能,旨在进一步提高课间操创新质量,充分发挥其功能.
Abstract
In order to better physical educationand promotehealthy lifestyle of adolescents,exercisesbetween classesplay an important role in moving muscles and joints,enhancing students'physical health,and invigorat-ing their spirits.However,traditional exercisesbetween classes can no longer meet the needs of students,innova-tive exercisesbetween classeshave become a new trend,more and more schools are introducing intangible culture-into theirexercisesduring break,and some school exercises have attracted social attention through the internet.This article conducts research on this new educational phenomenon,starting from the trend of diversified extra-curricular exercises,interpreting the characteristics and diverse functions of innovative practice in extracurricular exercises,aiming to further improve the quality of innovation in extracurricular exercises and to play a better role.
