Research on the Path of Social Work Participating in Community Governance under the Background of"Five-Communities Linkage"——Taking the B Nationality Settlement and Relocation Community as an Example
Improving grassroots governanceplays a fundamental roleto realize the overall layout of the mod-ernization of national governance,and it is also an important content of social construction in the new era.Com-munity B is a typical residential community of Yi ethnic group in the southwest,this researchis based on the problems of"big government,small society"model,getting no access to social resources being impossible to cul-tivate self-governed organizations in community and unstable habitation for community residents.On the basis ofthe ecosystem theory and the necessity and feasibility of social workers participating in the governance of ethnic communities,this paper analyzes the mechanism of social work participating in community governance and puts forward the reasonable path of social work participating in community governance under the background of"five communities linkage",and finally realizes the goal of"1+1+1+1>",so that it can play an effective role in the governance of ethnic groups.
