Research on the Construction of Archives Law System under the Background of Promoting the Rule of Law
The construction of the archives law system is an important grip to effectively promote the admin-istration of the law,the rule of archives according to law,and the modernization of the archival governance sys-tem and governance capacity.At present,in the context of all work of the state under the rule of law,the con-struction of archives law system marked by the promulgation and implementation of the new"PRC Archives Law"has started a new journey.However,the existing archives law system has the defects of local archival regulations lagging behind the development needs of the times,with a large number of gapsin archival administrative law en-forcement procedures,and poor interface between archives law and criminal legislation.Hence,under the scien-tific guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law,it is urgent to revise the old local archival regulations,promote the rule of law in archival administrative law enforcement procedures,and improve the linkage between archives law and criminal legislation.
