Research on the Strategies of Inner Mongolia's Participating in the Construction of China-Mongolian-Russia Economic Corridor
Inner Mongolia plays a crucial role in acting on the Belt and Road Initiative,particularly in the"China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor".Strengthening cooperation with Mongolia and Russia is not on-ly essential for national development but also a high-quality requirement for Inner Mongolia.The advancement of the Belt and Road Initiative has led to increased direct investment by China in countries along these routes.However,due to the different political,economic,cultural and other factors in the countries along the"Belt and Road",China's outbound investment faces significant risks and challenges.To address this situation,China,Mongolia,and Russia have engaged in comprehensive economic cooperation by jointly constructing infrastructure projects as well as establishing mechanisms for economic risk prevention,and efforts have been made towards cultural integration and tourism collaboration among these nations to establish a solid foundation for their econom-ic partnership.The paper focuses on examining the current state of China-Mongolia-Russia cooperation within the context of the Belt and Road Initiative while highlighting the advantages offered by the construction of the China-Mongolian-Russia Economic Corridor.Based on this analysis,this paper explores how Inner Mongolia can develop through this corridor.It also suggests that all three countries should enhance government-level col-laboration while improving the foreign investment legal system and establishing mechanisms to mitigate economic risks but strengthen professional talent training programs to effectively manage potential risks associated with for-eign investments in Inner Mongolia.
