Research on the Dilemma and Strategies of Smart Health Care in the Context of Healthy China
The strategy"Healthy China 2030"has put forward a series of requirements for elderly health management.But in practice,there are still dilemmas in the prevention and treatment of elderly diseases and chronic disease management,the construction of elderly health records,elderly health education,community elderly care and rehabilitation services,insufficient cross-departmental cooperation and resource integration,as well as the availability,accessibility,privacy,security,and construction costs of smart health products and technologies.Not only is smart health care of great significance in alleviating these dilemmas,but also it faces challenges in social psychology,ethics,and developmental and operational costs.Strategies are proposed to help upgrade health services under the background of"Healthy China 2030",including building a comprehensive and intelligent health professional guidance service product,developing a multi-agent collaborative framework for smart health care,promoting the integration of smart health care into community elderly care and rehabilita-tion services,and strengthening the supervision and management of smart health care related applications.
