On the Perfection of the Legal System on Coastal Environmental Protection in China
In order to improve the relevant legal system of coastal zone environmental protection in China,through the literature analysis and practice research analysis of the existing relevant legal systems,the main prob-lems are:the coastal zone environmental protection system is not sound;a linkage mechanism for land and sea en-vironmental governance is missing;the environmental protection information disclosure and sharing systems are relatively weak;the legal system of ecological environment restoration is not perfect.Through the analysis of the defects of the current legal systems,the corresponding legislative proposals are to formulate a special legal system for environmental protection in coastal zones,to improve the legal system of coastal environmental protection in a land-sea integrated management mechanism,to improve the system for information disclosing and sharing on coastal zone environmental protection,and to improve the system for restoring the ecological environment in the coastal zones.
