The Inheritance and Development of National Traditional Sports Culture Based on Cultural Confidence——Taking Martial Arts Culture as an Example
China has numerous ethnic groups and has formed a rich traditional sports culture over a long pe-riod of historical development and martial arts culture is one of them.According to the country's emphasis on cul-tural confidence,it is essential to promote the inheritance and development of martial arts culture.Using litera-ture review and induction methods,the value of the inheritance and development of martial arts culture was elab-orated,the current difficulties in the inheritance and development of martial arts culture were analyzed,and some practical strategies to promote cultural confidence through the inheritance and development of martial arts culture were proposed,including promoting the inheritance of martial arts culture with an inclusive and open atti-tude,actively responding to external shocks through perseverance and innovation,continuously improving the in-heritance mechanism of martial arts culture,andenriching the inheritance and development methods of martial arts culture.
