A Study on the Path of National Smart Education Platform Empowering the High-Quality Development of Basic Education in Ulanqab
In the 21st century,digitalization in education has garnered widespread attention and practice globally,achieving significant success.In China,progress is continually being made in the infrastructure and in-structional methods of digital education.The platform of Smart Education of China for primary and secondary schools effectively addresses past challenges,such as decentralized educational resources,difficult data acquisi-tion,and mismanagement of platforms.It transforms the potential energy of static educational resources into the developmental momentum of educational reform,demonstrating the advantages of digital transformation with Sha-ring and Integration of Resource,Interconnection and Communication of Platform"[1].However,digital educa-tion still faces numerous challenges,such as the need to enhance students'learning ability and initiative,deep-en the integration of information technology with educational instruction,improve teachers'digital teaching capa-bilities,enhance data-driven management and service capabilities,and further refine digital institutional mech-anisms.This paper explores the application of digital education in a local context through a case study of this platform in Ulanqab City.The aim is to provide insights and ideas to enhance the quality of basic local education and promote educational equity.
