新工科背景下地方高校"专创双培"实践教学体系建设的研究——以内蒙古民族大学为例

快速发展的产业变革亟需高校培养创新型工程人才与之对接.本文以内蒙古民族大学为例,针对地方高校创新人才培养过程中存在的建设资源不足、专业培养与创新培养脱节、校企合作助力不足等问题,提出了深化校企合作,构建"专创双培"实践教学体系,建立"线下+线上"创新创业实践建设模式,从实践教学和实践资源建设两方面提升创新创业人才培养质量,为提高地方院校创新型工程人才培养提供了参考思路.
Research on The Construction of Practice Teaching System of"Specialized Innovation Double Training"in Local Universities under The Background of New Engineering——Taking Inner Mongolia Minzu University as an Exannple
The rapid development of the industrial reform urgently requiresuniversities to cultivate innovative engineering talents to match this demand.This paper proposed to deepen school-enterprise collaboration,con-structed a practical teaching system of"specialized innovation double training",established an"offline+on-line"innovation and entrepreneurship practice construction model,aiming at the problems existing in the process of training innovative talents in local universities,such as insufficient construction resources,disconnection be-tween professional training and innovation training,lack of school-enterprise cooperation,the quality of training innovative and entrepreneurial talents is improved from two aspects of practical teaching and practical resource construction.It provides reference ideas for improving quality of the training of innovative engineering talents in local universities.
