摘要
随着信息技术的发展,国家对新时代卓越教师培养提出了新要求.整合技术(TPACK)的教学知识是学科知识、教学方法、信息技术三个要素的重建,小学教师整合技术(TPACK)知识对教师能力的提升有着重要意义.本文从TPACK的构建要素和卓越小学教师应具备的综合素养进行分析,从技术融合、课程学习、技术支持、反思与评估等方面进行探索,提高教师掌握和运用信息技术的能力,为卓越小学教师培养TPACK能力提供借鉴.
Abstract
With the development of the information technology in the new era,the action plan for education information 2.0 are put forward to meet new requirements for nurturing outstanding elementary school teachers.The Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge(TPACK)is a reconstructed relation among three elements:subject knowledge,teaching method and information technology,and TPACK is of great significance in enhan-cing teachers competency.Against this backdrop,this paper analyzes the construction elements of TPACK and the comprehensive literacy that outstanding elementary school teachers should have,and explores the integration of learning technology,curriculum learning,technical support,reflection and assessment to improve teachers a-bility in mastering and utilizing information technology,and to provide a reference for outstanding elementary school teachers to cultivate the development of TPACK competency.
