摘要
教师是"引路人",也是"筑梦人",高校思政课教师更要"师德铸魂、表率引领",力争成为"大先生".高校基层党组织要围绕立德树人根本任务,引导思政课教师加强党史学习,开展多样化的学习方式,建立有效的师德质量评价体系,切实提升思政课教师的师德师风建设效果.
Abstract
Teachers are"guides"and"dream builders".Teachers of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities should"cast the soul of teachers'ethics and lead by example"and strive to become"Mr.Master".Grassroots party organizations in colleges and universities should focus on the fundamental task of moral cultivation,guide ideological and political teachers to strengthen the study of party history,carry out diver-sified learning methods,establish an effective moral quality evaluation system,and effectively improve the con-struction effect of ideological and political teachers.
