Analysis the Causes and Preventive Mmeasures of Juvenile Delinquency——Taking a District of Hulunbuir as an Example
The"White Paper on Juvenile Prosecution Work(2023)"released by the Supreme People's Court of the People's republic of China reveals an increasing trend in juvenile delinquency cases over the years with diversified types of crimes.Notably,the"Hebei Handan School Bullying Case"in March 2024 has become a focal event in society,once again elevating the importance of preventing juvenile delinquency.This article ana-lyzing the reasons behind juvenile crime focuses on the current situation of juvenile delinquency in a district of Hulunbuir as a starting point.It proposes measures for the prevention and governance of juvenile delinquency from three perspectives:leveraging big data technology to optimize databases and enhance the effectiveness of ju-venile delinquency prevention,jointly managing the"Six Protections"to form synergy in preventing juvenile de-linquency,and employing"moderate punishment"as an auxiliary means for juvenile delinquency prevention.These measures aim to promote the high-quality development of work to prevent youth criminal offenses,build a harmonious society,and maintain long-term national stability and security.
