智能变电站巡线机器人设计

本文拟采用一种可控制的机器人代替传统的人工巡线及无人机巡线,机器人在巡线的过程中可以自主地躲避障碍物,并能够将巡线数据反馈给地面操控系统,较好地完成变电站巡线工作任务.机器人是以51 单片机作为主控系统,配置摄像头、红外探测仪、传感器等硬件装置,能在各种复杂电网环境下连续稳定工作,具有可靠性高、适应性强、抗干扰能力强、运营维护成本低等优点.本文设计的机器人,可以提升对电力系统运行状态的监控、预警,以及提高智能化、自动化、信息化的水平,是实现智能电网的重要部分.
Design of Intelligent Cable Patrol Robot in Substation
In this paper,a controllable robot is introduced to replacing the traditional artificial patrol and unmanned aerial vehicle patrol.During patrolling along cables,robot can avoid obstacles on its own,and send data back to the ground control system to fulfill its mission.This robot is based on 51 single chip micro-com-puter as the main control system,equipped with hardware devices such as a camera,an infrared detector and a sensor,which can work continuously and stably under variously complex conditions of power grid,and it also features high reliability,strong adaptability,anti-jamming capability and cost-efficiency for operation and ma-intenance.The robot mentioned in this paper can,at the same time,improve monitoring and issue alerts to en-hance intelligence,automation and informatization,which is an important part of realizing intelligent grid.
