The Importance and Implementation Strategies of Physical Fitness Training in Athletics Teaching for Physical Education Majors
Strengthening the training of physical fitness in the teaching of track and field courses in sports majors helps students improve their physical fitness,such as speed,endurance,strength,and agility and makes them master specific skills in track and field and improve their sports level.This article uses literature review and induction methods to explain the importance of physical training in track and field teaching and analyzes the problems existing in physical training in current track and field teaching,such as insufficient emphasis on physi-cal training,single teaching methods,and lack of reasonable evaluation of training effects.Based on this,corre-sponding implementation strategies are proposed,including improving the pertinence of physical training,enhan-cing the joviality of physical training,and improving the evaluation system of physical training effects to provide some reference for the teaching practice of track and field physical training and promotion for the cultivation of high-quality sports talents.
