Reflections on the Teaching Reform of Course-Corporate Finance Based on OBE——Taking Hulunbuir University as an Example
The continuous change in China's financial market and the continuous innovation of financial in-struments have created higher requirements for cultivating applied financial talents.The teaching reform aiming at the cultivation of students'innovation and practical ability has become the key to whether the graduates of eco-nomics and finance majors can adapt to the development needs of the job market.Based on the OBE talent culti-vation concept of"student-centred,output-oriented,continuous improvement"of Hulunbuir university and combined with the characteristics and teaching status of Hulunbuir university'scorporate finance course,this pa-per analyzes the problems and causes of the course in the teaching mode,assessment methods,the foundation of the prelude courses and the practical teaching arrangement,tries to guide the teaching reform of the course ac-cording to the OBE concept,and provides the teaching experience and practice for reference.
