摘要

以1台300 MW抽水蓄能发电电动机为模型,研究大型抽水蓄能发电电动机的设计与相关参数的仿真.应用Matlab软件编程进行磁路计算,并验证修改,减小误差.对发电机进行有限元仿真,观察气隙磁通密度分布云图,分析其磁通密度集中情况、负载状况.仿真出电压、电流、气隙磁通密度等参数与计算结果进行对比,验证其正确性.通过改变气隙长度、铁心长度和阻尼条节距,比较不同长度下的磁通密度、铁心损耗和阻尼条的涡流损耗.

Abstract

A 300 MW pumped-storage electric generator motor is taken as the model to study the design of large pumped-storage electric generator motor and the simulation of related parameters.Matlab software was used to calculate the magnetic circuit,and then verification and modification were performed to reduce the error.The finite element simulation was carried out for the generator,and the air gap magnetic density distribution cloud diagram was observed to analyze its magnetic density and load condition.The parameters such as voltage,current and air-gap magnetic density were simulated and compared with the calculated results to verify their correctness.By changing the length of the air gap,the length of the core and the pitch of the damping strip,the magnetic flux density,the core loss and the eddy current loss of the damping strip under different lengths were compared and analyzed.
