阐述110 kV巴克什营变电站1号主变后备保护先于巴克线313线路保护动作的故障概况,分析1号主变动作情况和巴克线313保护动作情况.将巴涝线314保护启动信息加入到整个故障分析中.由于线路保护对时不准,利用三相电流突变和零序电压的故障特征,将故障录波波形和线路保护内部波形统一,将整个故障情况进行还原,得出1号主变和巴克线313保护均正确动作.
Analysis of main transformer protection acting before the line protection for a 35 kV cross-line fault
Describes the fault overview of the backup protection of the No.1 main transformer in the 110 kV Bakeshenying station prior to the protection action of 313 line of Barker line,analyzes the action of No.1 main transformer and the protection action of 313 line of Barker line.The starting information of the 314 protection of Balao line is added to the overall fault analysis.Since the line protection is not accurate,the fault recording waveform and the internal waveform of the line protection are unified by using the fault characteristics of three-phase current mutation and zero sequence voltage,the whole fault situation is restored.It is concluded that the 313 protection of No.1 main transformer and Barker line are correct.
