600 MW亚临界机组锅炉炉墙振动原因分析及治理

针对京隆发电2号机组投产以来锅炉左侧炉墙一直存在较大振动的状况,采用锅炉内部结构全尺寸1:1建模对炉内流场进行分析.通过热态测试、冷态检查、计算流体动力学(CFD)流场分析、模态分析等方法,得出炉墙振动的主要原因是锅炉内部存在不稳定烟气流.根据振动原因对锅炉内、外部结构进行了优化,炉墙振动烈度较治理前下降77%~88%,提高了锅炉运行的安全性.
Analysis and treatment of boiler wall vibration of 600 MW subcritical unit
Since the Jinglong No.2 power generation unit was put into operation,there has been a large vibration on the left side of the boiler wall,and the flow field in the furnace was analyzed by using the full-size 1:1 modeling of the boiler internal structure.Through the hot state test,cold state check,CFD(computational fluid dynamics)flow field analysis,modal analysis and other methods,the main reason for the vibration of the furnace wall was the existence of unstable smoke airflow in the boiler.According to the causes of vibration,the internal and external structure of the boiler is optimized,and the vibration intensity of the furnace wall is reduced by 77%~88%,which further improves the safety of the boiler operation.
