以陕西省366 项历史输变电工程数据为基础,运用文本挖掘方法对输变电工程造价偏差原因展开分析,识别出影响造价偏差的13 类主要影响因素,运用AHM-熵权法对关键因素权重进行量化分析,确定评价对象的综合价值,进而提出管控建议,为输变电工程造价精益化管控提供参考.
Cost control and evaluation of the whole process of power transmission and transformation based on big data
Based on the data of 366 historical power transmission and transformation projects in Shaanxi Province,the text mining method is used to analyze the causes of cost deviation of power transmission and transformation projects,identify 13 main influencing factors affecting cost deviation,and use AHP-entropy weight method to quantitatively analyze the weight of key factors to determine the comprehensive value of the evaluation object.Then,control suggestions are put forward to provide reference for the lean cost control of power transmission and transformation projects.
