Cause analysis 350 MW boiler superheated tube blowing process temperature deviation
During the blowing period of the 350 MW steam turbine boiler, there was a problem of large steam temperature deviation on the left and right sides of the low-temperature superheater tubes and platen superheater tubes. To prevent the overheating caused by this steam temperature deviation,a systematic deviation analysis was performed, which found that the uneven distribution of unsaturated steam generated by the water storage tank was caused by the structural characteristics of the steam water separator, resulting in deviation in the steam temperature of the left and right pipes at the main steam outlet.By lowering the water level of the water storage tank and increasing the drainage time during operation, the amount of unsaturated steam generated can be reduced, thereby eliminating the deviation in steam temperature on the left and right sides.
