目前预制舱式变电站处于初步应用推广阶段,没有一套完整的国家、行业验收标准.为提高验收效率、保障验收质量,结合预制舱的组成模块、舱体功能的设计以及常规变电站验收标准,阐述预制舱式变电站在土建、拼接、接地、防水等 4 个方面的验收关键风险点及注意事项,提出预制舱式变电站的验收过程管控策略,确保预制舱式变电站工程的顺利投运.所研究的验收风控策略已应用于中山供电局110 kV预制舱式同福变电站验收全过程,变电站投产顺利.
Research on acceptance risk control of prefabricated cabin substations
Currently,prefabricated cabin substations are in the preliminary application and promotion stage,without a complete set of national and industrial acceptance standards.To improve the efficiency and ensure quality of acceptance,combines the composition module of prefabricated cabins,the design of cabin functions and the acceptance standards of conventional substations to elaborate the key risk points and precautions for the acceptance of prefabricated cabin substations in four aspects,such as civil construction,splicing,grounding and waterproofing,the acceptance process control strategy of prefabricated substations is proposed to ensure the smooth their operation.The acceptance risk control strategy described has been applied to entire process of the acceptance of the 110 kV prefabricated compartment Tongfu substation of Zhongshan Power Supply Bureau.The substation has been put into operation smoothly.
