摘要
针对一起500 kV变电站220 kV母线支柱绝缘子断裂案例,对支柱绝缘子进行拆解,并结合气象证明综合分析.结果表明:支柱绝缘子工艺落后导致产品结构松散、强度低,是绝缘子裂纹破损的主要原因;支柱绝缘子与母线金具连接后,母线长年受风力作用发生振动,造成支柱绝缘子承受剪切力,是绝缘子裂纹破损的次要原因.
Abstract
In response to a case of 220 kV busbar pillar insulator fracture in a 500 kV substation,the pillar insulator was disassembled and analyzed comprehensively based on meteorological evidence.The results show that outdated pillar insulator technology leads to loose product structure and low strength,which is the main cause of insulator crack damage;after the connection between the pillar insulator and the busbar fittings,the busbar vibrates under the action of wind for a long time,causing the shear force borne by the pillar insulator to be the secondary cause of insulator crack and damage.
