摘要

储热型槽式太阳能热发电项目在集热场中使用导热油管道数量多,因此消耗保温材料量及施工量大,针对导热油管道保温层厚度进行合理优化,可以提高整个项目的经济性.以某储热型槽式太阳能热发电项目导热油管道为例,结合保温材料的相关费用及保温厚度的技术要求等,对管道保温厚度进行合理性优化,从而达到项目的经济性最优.优化后的结果作为项目导热油管道保温层设计变更的有效依据.

Abstract

There are a large number of heat transfer fluid pipes in the heat collection field of the thermal storage parabolic trough solar thermal power generation project,and the thermal insulation materials and construction quantities are also large.The optimization of the thermal insulation layer thickness of the heat transfer fluid piping will improve the economy of the whole project.Taking the heat transfer fluid piping of a thermal storage parabolic trough solar thermal power generation project as an example,the thermal insulation thickness is optimized according to the cost of thermal insulation materials and the technical requirements of thermal insulation thickness,so as to achieve the economic optimization of the project.The optimization results can provide a basis for the design change of the thermal insulation layer of the heat transfer fluid piping of this project.
