According to the manual compilation of distribution network line diagram,there are problems such as large maintenance workload and frequently occurring errors during model storage.An automatic generation method of distribution network line diagram based on electric power visual information identification is proposed.The power visual information of distribution network line diagram in the CAD is identified based on the artificial intelligence algorithm.The YOLOv5 target detection algorithm is used to identify the power grid equipment elements and their location information,and the text description information of the device is extracted by fusion DB algorithm for text detection and CRNN algorithm for text content recognition,and the Hoff line detection and edge detection algorithm are used to extract the wiring information of the equipment.The device elements and text description information are associated,and the power visual information after spatial arrangement is transformed into the standard file of the distribution network line diagram.Through the data verification of a power control center,the proposed model has a high accuracy of power visual information recognition,which effectively supports the automatic generation of distribution network line diagram,and greatly reduces the operation and maintenance workload.
