低低温电除尘选型方法研究及软件研制

低低温电除尘器装机容量已超15 万MW,具有高除尘效率和高SO3 脱除效率的效果,但由于电除尘性能与煤、灰成分和烟气温度等多种因素有关,存在选型设计难的问题.在结合常规电除尘选型技术和低低温电除尘提效作用的基础上,运用Visual Basic语言研发低低温电除尘选型设计软件,应用此软件可对烟气酸露点、灰硫比、表观趋近速度等关键技术参数进行计算,完成电除尘器进口烟气温度、比集尘面积的计算,实现低低温电除尘器的选型设计.软件应用后,通过对26 个工程案例的统计对比分析,实际运行效率大于软件选型设计保证效率的项目数量占总数的 92%,满足实际工程应用的需求,提高了低低温电除尘的选型命中率.
Research on selection method and software development of low-low temperature electrostatic precipitator
The installed capacity of low-low temperature electrostatic precipitators(LLT-ESP)has exceeded 150 000 MW,which has high dust removal efficiency and efficient SO3 removal effect.Due to the relationship between the performance of electrostatic precipitators and coal,ash composition,flue gas temperature and other factors,there is a problem of difficult selection and design.Due to the relationship between the performance of electrostatic precipitators and multiple factors,such as coal and ash composition,flue gas temperature,etc.,there are difficulties in selection and design.A design software for LLT-ESP selection was developed using Visual Basic language,combining conventional electrostatic precipitator selection technology with the efficiency improvement of low and low temperature electrostatic precipitators.This software can be used to calculate key technical parameters,such as acid dew point,ash sulfur ratio,and apparent approaching speed of the flue gas,and complete the calculation of the inlet flue gas temperature and specific dust collection area of the electrostatic precipitator,and implement the selection and design of low temperature electrostatic precipitators.After practical application,through comparative analysis of 26 engineering cases,92%of the total number of projects with actual operating efficiency greater than the guaranteed efficiency of software selection design,met the needs of practical engineering applications and improved the hit rate of low temperature electrostatic precipitator selection.
