摘要

根据电网公司架空绝缘导线采购数据开展价格预测分析,对研究对象的重要原材料价格建立时间预测模型,预测原材料价格走势,并利用聚类分析和描述统计法找到最合适的企业信息.综合考量价格影响因素,提出净单价概念,拟合净单价与购买数量的线性关系,以此构建规划方程,得到最优的购买数量和最低净单价.根据不同的原材料、企业所在地址和最优规划模型确定最佳的采购方案,得到具有参考意义的采购价格,为公司的采购决策提供数智支撑.

Abstract

Conducts price prediction analysis based on the procurement data of overhead insulated conductor of the power grid company,establishes a time prediction model for the important raw material prices of the research object,and predicts the trend of raw material prices.Using cluster analysis and descriptive statistics to find the most suitable enterprise information.Taking into account the factors affecting prices,the concept of net unit price is proposed,and the linear relationship between net unit price and purchase quantity is fitted to construct a planning equation,obtaining the optimal purchase quantity and the lowest net unit price.The optimal procurement plan was determined based on different raw materials,the location of the enterprise,and the optimal planning model,and a procurement price with reference significance was obtained,providing mathematical support for the company's procurement decisions.
