针对一起220 kV输电线路支柱绝缘子断裂案例,通过对拆解后的绝缘子现场检查,并结合超声波探伤检测,对绝缘子断裂原因进行综合分析.结果表明:断裂的瓷支柱绝缘子瓷件胶装部位不符合国家标准,未采用喷砂、涂抹沥青等通用制造工艺,无法缓冲瓷、胶合剂和金属附件膨胀系数差异产生的应力,在应力的长期作用下,支柱绝缘子铁瓷结合部位发生断裂.
Analysis of the reasons for the fracture of post insulators in a 220 kV transmission line
According to a 220 kV transmission line post insulator fracture case,the insulator fracture cause is comprehensively analysed through the on-site inspection combined with ultrasonic flaw dection.The results show that the adhesive part of the fractured porcelain post insulator is not up to the national standards,and the general manufacturing technology such as sandblasting and asphalt coating is not adopted,it can not buffer the stress caused by the difference of expansion coefficient of porcelain,adhesive and metal accessories.Under the long-term effect of the stress,the post insulator iron and porcelain bonding site crack.
