某 600 MW机组引风机叶片断裂事故分析

某电厂锅炉引风机增容改造后,在运行中发生叶片断裂事故.为研究叶片疲劳断裂原因,分析当前叶片结构型式,较大的叶片扭转角易产生局部失速,导致薄弱的叶片产生较强振动.进行风机性能和振动试验,当前风机选型偏大,加重了局部失速状况,产生较大的叶片通过频率振动.为进一步研究风机叶片受力情况,对风机叶轮进行了建模,开展了有限元分析计算,当前加强环处为应力集中位置,可为叶片型式改进提供指导.
Analysis of induced draft fan blade fracture accident of a 600 MW unit
A blade fracture accident occurred during the operation of a boiler induced draft fan in a power plant after capacity expansion and renovation.In order to study the main causes of blade fatigue fracture,the current blade structure was analyzed.Large blade torsion angles are prone to local stall,leading to strong vibration of weak blades;In addition,fan performance and vibration tests were conducted,and the current fan selection is too large,which exacerbates the local stall situation and generates large blade passing frequency vibration;In order to further study the stress situation of the fan blades,a model was established for the fan impeller and finite element analysis calculations were carried out.Currently,the strengthening ring is at the stress concentration position,providing guidance for improving the blade type.
