大规模新能源场站接入弱电网会进一步降低新能源多场站短路比,给电网的安全稳定运行带来更大的挑战.通过对黑龙江北部弱电网"十五五"初期的新能源大规模并网情况的全面分析,验证加强网架结构是提高弱电网新能源多场站短路比的有效手段,并提出最小有效切机的控制策略,提高弱电网新能源的消纳能力.
Study on new energy consumption capacity of northernweak power grid of Heilongjiang province
The large-scale new energy station access to the weak power grid will further reduce the multiple renewable energy station shortcircuit ratio(MRSCR).It will bring greater challenges to the safe and stable operation level of the power grid.Through the analysis of the new energy large-scale grid-connected situation about the weakpower grid in north of Heilongjiang at the beginning of"The Fifteenth Five-Year Plan",it is verified that strengthen the grid structure can improve MRSCR in the weakpower grideffectively.The control strategies ofminimum effective cutting-off generators to improve the consumption capacity of new energy in the weak power grid are propsed.
