500 kV超高压大电网正在迅猛发展,500 kV电压等级应用液压机构的断路器越来越广泛,部分3AT2/3AT3-EI型开关的液压机构偶尔会出现频繁打压的问题,给超高压电网安全运行带来威胁.结合电力公司超高压变电站生产运行的实际状况,针对上述问题,通过设计新型智能排气装置和改进油泵电气控制二次回路,解决了开关液压机构频繁打压故障的问题.
3AT2/3AT3-EI series circuit breaker hydraulic mechanism defect analysis and improvement
The 500 kV Extrahigh voltage power grid is developing rapidly,and the use of hydraulic circuit breakers at the 500 kV voltage level is becoming more and more widespread.Occasionally,the hydraulic mechanism of some 3AT2/3AT3-EI switches may experience frequent pressure issues,posing a threat to the safe operation of the Extrahigh voltage power grid.Based on the actual production and operation situation of the ultra-high voltage substation of the power company,in response to the above problems,a new intelligent exhaust device is designed and the secondary circuit of the oil pump electrical control is improved to solve the problem of frequent pressure failure of the switch hydraulic mechanism.
