摘要

针对当前中国经济发展和土地资源紧张的矛盾,对中压开关柜的选型进行了深入探讨.对比全绝缘柜和中置柜在设备结构、额定电流、维护检修、故障处理和拼装方式等方面的特点,并通过实际数据和设备特点对两种柜型的占地面积和造价进行了详细分析.在此基础上,综合考虑供电可靠性、占地面积、经济效益、开关遮断容量和运维情况,提出了不同应用场景下开关柜的选型建议.研究表明,在电房面积不受限的情况下,一段母线接入5台及以上配电变压器的情况建议采用中置柜+低压联络方案,其余情况采用全绝缘柜+低压联络方案为宜.

Abstract

In view of the current contradiction between China's economic development and the shortage of land resources,the selection of medium-voltage switchgear was discussed in depth.The characteristics of fully insulated cabinets and central cabinets in terms of equipment structure,rated current,maintenance and repair,fault handling and assembly method were compared,and the floor space and cost of the two cabinet types were analyzed in detail based on actual data and equipment characteristics.On this basis,considering the power supply reliability,floor space,economic benefits,switch interruption capacity and operation and maintenance conditions,the selection recommendations for switchgear in different application scenarios were put forward.The study shows that when the area of the power room is not limited,it is recommended to adopt the central cabinet+lowvoltage connection solution when a section of busbar is connected to 5 or more distribution transformers,and the fully insulated cabinet+lowvoltage connection solution is appropriate for other situations.
