摘要
针对某35 kV小电阻接地供电系统发生的两起35 kV母线发展性短路故障中继电保护均正确动作,最终35 kV开关柜烧毁的情况进行分析,并提出改进措施.通过调取故障录波,采用对称分量法结合一次设备检查,对故障过程、保护动作进行分析,并应用电磁暂态仿真软件PSCAD/EMTDC对故障波形进行仿真验证.继电保护配置、整定不合理是主要原因,并提出改进建议.
Abstract
According to two developing short circuit faults of busbar in a 35 kV power system by low resistance grounding,which is correct operation of relay protection but 35 kV C-GIS are damaged,analysis cause and improvement suggestions are proposed.Combined with fault recording and inspection,fault processes and protection operations are analyzed by symmetrical component method,simulated and verified by PSCAD/EMTDC.The unreasonable configuration and setting of relay protection are main cause and the improvements are proposed.
