摘要
为建设单位在锅炉主机招标阶段能够选用具有良好再热蒸汽温度调节功能的锅炉,对不同锅炉厂1 000 MW二次再热锅炉的再热蒸汽温度调节方法进行了分析,主要有烟气再循环+双烟道挡板调节+燃烧器摆动及仅采用三烟道挡板调节这两种调温方式,分析了这两种调温方式的优缺点,并给出了选择建议.
Abstract
In order to enable the construction owner to choose a boiler with good reheat steam temperature regulation function during the boiler bidding stage,the reheat steam temperature regulation methods of 1 000 MW secondary reheat boilers in different boiler manufacturers are analyzed.There are mainly two temperature regulation methods:gas recirculation+double flue gas baffles regulation+burner swing and only using three flue gas bafflesto regulate.The advantages and disadvantages of these two temperature regulation methods are analyzed,and the suggestions forselection are given.
