Analy sisand maintenance of electrical faults insinovel SL1500 windturbine pitch system
Pitch control,with advantages of good starting performance,simple braking,and high power generation efficiency,is widely used in wind turbines.However,practical applications encounter issues such as high failure rates and diagnostic challenges.The electrical faults in the pitch systemof Sinovel SL1500 wind turbinearecategorized and analyzed,and the causesare investigated from a structural and theoretical perspective to understand the occurrence mechanism of these faults.Diagnostic methods for electrical faults in the pitch system are proposed to quickly locate problems.Weak points in the turbine system are identified,and maintenance and technical improvements are recommended to reduce the occurrence of faults.The aim is to provide valuable references for future pitch system electrical fault inspection,technical upgrades,and enhance equipment utilization.
