摘要
某350 MW超临界机组运行中,给水泵汽轮机进汽调阀指令突然出现摆动,为防止给水流量摆动引起水煤比失调,紧急将MEH切为阀控,但进汽调阀突然关闭并进一步引起了锅炉受热面断水.结合本次事故处理过程和MEH进汽调阀控制回路分析,明确了辅汽联箱压力摆动是引起MEH调阀摆动的主要原因,而MEH阀控指令快关则是由于阀控跟踪回路时序异常引起.在对MEH阀控跟踪回路优化后,分别进行阀控、转速控制、遥控三种模式的无扰切换试验,有效解决时序异常引起阀位指令不跟踪的重要隐患问题.
Abstract
During the operation of a 350 MW supercritical unit,the inlet steam regulating valve command of the feed water pump turbine suddenly swayed,in order to prevent the feed water flow swing caused by the water-coal ratio imbalance,the MEH was urgently cut to the valve control,butthe sudden closure of the steam inlet valve further caused water cut-off on the boiler heating surface.Based on the analysis of the accident process and the control circuit of MEH inlet steam regulating valve,it is clear that the pressure swing of auxiliary steam header is the main cause of MEH regulating valve swing,meh valve control command fast off is due to valve control tracking circuit timing anomalies.After the optimization of the valve-controlled tracking loop of MEH,the undisturbed switching tests of valve-controlled,speed-controlled and remote-controlled modes are carried out,the important hidden problem of non-tracking of valve position commands caused by timing anomalies is effectively solved.
