早期建设的500 kV变电站由于投运年限较早,存在机房布局不合理、基础环境设施差、强弱电未分离等问题,机房工艺标准和安全等级均已经无法满足设备的运行要求.对相关工程经验进行总结,概括500 kV变电站通信机房原址标准化改造的相关工艺及设备过渡方案.改造后的机房整洁美观、分区布局合理、机柜颜色尺寸整齐划一、线缆敷设平直顺畅、满足远期扩容需求,提高设备的运行环境质量,保障通信系统的运行安全.
Standardization renovation of communication room in core hub substation of power system
The 500 kV substation is the core of the power system substation,and it is also an important node in the backbone transmission network of provincial companies at all levels.The early construction 500 kV substation had some problems,such as unreasonable layout of engine room,poor basic environment facilities,non-separation of strong and weak current,etc.The process standard and safety grade of the communication room cannot meet the operation requirements of the equipment.This article summarizes the relevant engineering experience and outlines the relevant processes and equipment transition plans for the standardized renovation of the original site of the communication room in a 500 kV substation.After the renovation,the communication room is clean and beautiful,with reasonable space layout,the colors and sizes of the machine cabinet are uniformed,the cable laying is straight and smooth to meet the long-term expansion needs,improving the operating environment quality of the equipment and ensuring the safety of communication system.
