不同发情阶段冻精配种对辽宁绒山羊受胎率的影响

摘要
为了提高绒山羊母羊发情鉴定的准确性、提高细管冻精配种的受胎率,开展了绒山羊不同发情阶段(不同生殖道状态)对冻配受胎率影响试验.试验选择健康经产繁殖母羊146 只,在母羊发情的不同时期(4 期)使用细管冻精进行子宫颈口输精,观察母羊的受胎状况并统计受胎率.结果表明:受胎率以第3 期最高,达77.50%(31/40),其次为第2 期,为44.00%(22/50),第1 期和第4 期分别为8.33%(3/36)和0(0/20).说明辽宁绒山羊细管冻精的适宜输精期为母羊发情的第3 期.
Abstract
In order to improve the accuracy of estrus identification and the fertility of AI with frozen sperms in Liaoning cashmere goats,the experiments were conducted on the effects of artificial insemination with frozen semen on fertility of Liaoning cashmere goat in 4 stages of estrus.A total of 146 healthy does were selected and divided into 4 groups which would be inseminated with frozen semen in 4 stages of estrus,respectively.The results showed that the conception rate in the third stage was the highest(77.50%,31/40),followed by the second stage(44.00%,22/50),the third stage(8.33%,3/36)and the fourth stage(0,0/20).It could be concluded that the best fertility of cervical insemination with frozen semen could be obtained in the third stage of estrus in Liaoning cashmere goats.
